SOLE EST Requirements:
- Trade License.
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
- ORIGINAL MOA/ Articles of Association/ Gen Partnership Agreement.
- Sole Owner's most recent 3 month's bank statement.
- EJARI with Makani number OR Tenancy Contract with office's most recent utility bill.
- VAT Certificate letter confirmation (not mandatory).
- Passport and EID of the Sole Owner.
- Company Headed Paper and Stamp (approx 5) (not mandatory).
- Lists and invoices of suppliers and clients - at least 3 each.
LLC Requirements:
- Trade License.
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
- ORIGINAL MOA.
- VAT Certificate Declaration.
- EJARI with Makani number or Tenancy Contract of the office.
- Government Employee List (if available).
- Passport, EID and Visa of all the partners.
- Most recent 3months bank statement - Personal account.
- Most recent Utility Bill of all partners and company – i.e. electricity or internet bill.
- Lists and invoices of suppliers and clients - at least 3 each
- Company stamp to bring along
FZ, FZE, DMCC, JLT, DWC Requirements:
- Trade License.
- ORIGINAL MOA/ Articles of Association/ Gen Partnership Agreement.
- VAT Certificate - Declaration Letter.
- Tenancy Contract of the office - EJARI number of the building.
- Shares Certificate.
- Certificate of Incumbency.
- Passport, EID and Visa of shareholders - Original to be seen.
- Company's Bank Reference Letter from the other UAE bank account.
- Most recent Utility Bill of shareholders and the company- i.e. electricity or internet bill.
- Most recent 3 months UAE personal bank statement - if the company is newly established.
- Lists and invoices of suppliers and clients - at least 3 each
